EXCHANGE POLICY
I didn't want to create this post but some unreasonable requests forced me to.
Please note that exchanges/ returns of items are only applicable if there are defects with the item I have sold/ traded with you. Defects DO NOT include smell of the frabic used or fray threads which the item has even if it's brand new.
Please note that denim items tend to have a denim/ bleach smell and no exchanges would be allowed for that.
For exchanges, please note that a top up would be required if the total price you have paid is LOWER than the price of the items you want to exchange for. For example, if you have purchased 2 items and paid the price of $20 (pls note that I am referring to price paid. not price before discount), the cost of each item will be considered as $10 (average out) and if you are exchanging 1 item, any item costing above $10 would require a top up. The top up is NON NEGO.
The above may be varied if you bought 1 item and got 1 for free. That is, the price of the items need not be divided by 2. For example, you bought a top at $20 and got another item free. You need to exchange the item bought due to defect. If you are choosing an item above $20, you will need to top up the difference between $20 and the price of the item and not $20/2.
Please note that no refunds will be given if you choose to exchange for an item of a lower cost if there are others which are of the same or higher cost.
Exchanges of free items may only be for items of the SAME price.
All exchanges would have to be done via reg mail from both parties or via meetup. No normal post is allowed.
Exchanges/ returns are only available within 7 days of me posting the item.
