hello all. a lot of things have changed since the last time i wrote in this. well, not a lot, but ya know. my depression has taken a major plunge. im twice as bad as i used to be. but yeah, i get to go see a physciatrist next thursday. kinda far away, but i think ill live. at least im getting help
