I really loved Deathly Hallows. My first read through, I felt the camping part took FOREVER and dragged but I think mostly it was because I was so ANXIOUS. I read the entirety of that book from the moment I got at midnight and stayed up all night reading until 9, 11? a.m. And it’s been years, until just a couple weeks ago, that I finally read it

But they're all amazing <3 I need to do a reread of the series soon... it's sort of a Christmas Break tradition of mine :) The first four will always be special to me though... I was so young when I read them, they really were magic (though not saying the other three aren't amazing and I wasn't swept up in them). IDK where this comment is going... lol.

Awwww! That sounds like a fantastic tradition! I've been working on re-reading the ones I have and filching some from my sister, haha! I read mine to death and need to go and rebuy the first 4 now.
I think I agree with you, about the first four. When you're so young and they open you to this brand new, amazing world... you're always going to have those feelings of pure delight and ecstasy and general JOY and wonder. And that's always going to make you feel good. I read GoF and still remember laying in the top bunk of my bed, curled up with my book, haha!

I think DH is probably my favorite as well, with OotP as a second favorite, and HBP as a third.
