Well the diet thing didn't work. Reducing my calories just makes me crash unless I nibble constantly ALL DAY. I seem to need between 2000 to 3000 to function. So that means I REALLY need to exersize everyday quite a bit ( Read more... )

Hey. I exercise every day all during my break at school in the change room so there.
Also, I have vowed to only buy healthy, especially organic if I can, food so we won't be so tempted to eat badly.
The best way to go on a diet is to eat small things throught the day, with breakfast being your biggest meanl, and nothing 2 hours before you go to bed.
It booses your metabolism, and makes you loose weight faster/easier.
as long as you work off however many calories you take in, you should be fine.

I still think we should go running in the mornings. >.
