LOL know the feeling with the studying and all. Ran into it myself during the last set of schooling I went through. You'll manage though. Keep at it.

hugity hug hug hugs!!!!
I feel ya with the whole losing weight thing, I'm working on it myself (I've started biking to work and I'm eating pretty sensibly) I've actually lost about 15 lbs since I moved.
but Kevin is like Derek, at night watching movies he has a bag of cheezies and some chocolate (and he doesnt gain anything) and damn it I want some too!!
so I usually either portion a small bowl for myself and thats all I'm allowed or... I have Edamame (you can buy it frozen at costco and you just microwave it and salt it and its yum yum yum and healthy!)
more hug hug huggity hugs.

Maybe getting something like edamame will help - I have also taken to not actually buying any snacks when he does - I may have a few of his chips or cheezies, but not a lot.

And I pretty much never drink cola... so I am starting to get on the right path. It is just so very frustrating and upsetting! *hugs back* too bad we are not in the same place, we could bike ride and work out together and support one another!

With the cola end of things in the line of guilt free treats: "Diet Right" is drinkable and uses splenda instead of aspertaime to sweeten and Jones makes sugar free black cherry soda that seriously kicks ass. There's piles of little changes one can make to help things along. (I live with chronic dieter) So, as they used to say on farmer vision: "Keep fit and have fun" LOL Good luck. :)
