So Thanks to Helene and Jon, I have the brewing equipment back. Once I sort out what is salvageable, and after I work with Ben next month on cleaning out the garage to make some room, then I will probably start brewing again. More as a hobby this time. I'll do 1/2 batches, and will invite people to join in. I'll make normal batches if people

Well of course I am interested. Also, if we're doing this as a hobby and I pay for the ingredient, it would be fun -I think- to go a more mad scientist route with adjunct flavors. Just my opinion that I didn't voice when the Four Horsemen were riding because perfecting the Heff recipe was more important at the time.

Even if you don't want to try making weird flavors of beer (and God damn it I WILL make a pumpkin beer that tastes exactly like pumpkin pie one day) please let me know when you plan on starting.

If people are interested in brewing specialty beers I have no problem experimenting at all. But I would expect anyone interested in making a special beer to pick up the tab, and to be there for the rest of the brewing process.

Growing market for Gluten-Free foodstuffs, beers selling aroung $8.00 each...
