The guy I met yesterday sent me an email that was sitting in my inbox last night when I got home. Let's dub him Doc C. So Doc C wrote in his email that he wanted to meet up again in a couple of weeks to sit down and crunch numbers on how WE would go about determining value in Wholesale Transactions and how WE can make money on Mobile/Manufactured

Just be careful with any commitments / check-writing / etc - there are certainly plenty of people watching craigslist for scam opportunities. But you should know that :)

One thing I would recommend is pre-paid legal. You should definately check it out if you're planning on getting into any business arangements that require contracts and such. It's about $15/month and can really save your ass if someone tries to pull a fast one on you.
