Kaitou Kid is a master of disguise. He can disguise as anyone he chooses and imitate their voice flawlessly. Obviously, while he's disguising he doesn't get the person's memories but he does research a person enough so that he can pass as them for as long as he needs. Which, is generally a few hours.

If Kaitou ever needs a disguise that is so obviously someone else that no one is ever going to suspect Katio, Tavros is his man! Of course, it'll take a lot of work to pull it off.
