oh my god. i was just trying to catch up and i was totally not ready for this. i hope it's ok for me to cry this soon after my eye surgery because it's way too late now. :(

Back in January, my pit bull, she's 12 had exactly the same tumor on her leg. It got so big she would hit it against things all the time, to where it burst open. The vet said he would have to take her leg if I wanted the tumor removed. He said she is old and it would take alot for her to walk on 3 legs, he said she would have to lose weight and all. So I decided to let it be and let her live her life out. I cried and cried, took her to her favorite places, let her go swimming. I would constantly wrap it and it smelled like death. On a few occasions she ate at it while we slept. It shrank to almost nothing. So I started giving her Chinese herbal meds to try and keep it from coming back. It has returned, bigger than before. She is still eating well and going bathroom fine. I'm just hoping it bursts again. It sucked all the money I spent on wrapping, but worth it for her to still be here. She was on antibiotics when it did burst. I'm hoping to go through it again before having to put her down. I thought it was the end last time but she
