Actually,this weather is pretty amazing. It's all stormy and the wind is craaazy-I'm pretty sure a tree's gonna come crashing down any minute. It's the kind of weather where you have to really fight to stay upright, and your hair just blows everywhere but you don't care, cuz you feel all small ( Read more... )

stormy weather is indeed ace, if you have some shelter from it.
I used to love it if it rained when i was camping so you were dry but could hear the noise on the tent and look out and see the downpour.
or wrapped up warm looking out of a window trying to spot thunder :)

yeah, that's always cool..although there's always the possibility of your tent blowing away :/

We've just been told in uni, that we either have to go home now, or not leave until after 6pm when the wind subsides!!

Aw I remember that storm. Our fence got blown away and we found this most fun as we'd go raid our neighbours garden, to their utter disbelief.

I however much prefer summer (sunburn & mosquitos aside) - all that melatonin of course does help to elevate the mood!

Hope you managed to get back OK without getting blown to the land of Oz!
