I have ALOT of ranting (and explaining) to do about the end of Sonic Heroes. If you don't want me to spoil the ending for ya, in the name of the almighty Ra, DON'T CLICK BELOW!!
Okay, the last story begins with Vector (of Team Chaotix) asking Eggman who locked him up. Eggman gets cut off right as he's about to say "Metal Sonic". Then, we see all 12 heroes and Eggman staring up at the top of a skyscraper-type structure. Well, it looks like Eggman's f***ed up version of the Eiffel Tower if you ask me. It looks really stupid. And I wanna know why Eggman's midget robots were stampeding and why they didn't stampede over Sonic. Anywho, Metal Sonic is standing on top of it as he says that everyone has to bow down to him. I actually started bowing, too. Then he begins to transform into Metal Madness. He REALLY should have jumped onto the ground. It would have been ALOT cooler (and more dramitic) if he transformed right in front of everyone.
After that, Eggman begins to babble about how "it would take a miracle to defeat Metal Sonic". He was wrong, 'cuz Namu helped me beat him and we are NOT in any way miracles. Then Eggman wishes they had the Chaos Emeralds. Then everyone pulls the emeralds out of thin air. WHY CAN'T I DO THAT?! Then Sonic comes in and says that he can handle it. That glory-hogging bastard.
The 3-part fight with Metal Madness is as annoying as HELL. If you walk forward to far, you walk off a cliff. I did that about a million times. And theres this glowing orb you have to attack. If you try to attack him with speed, you'll die. Trust me, NO ONE'S homing attack can reach that far and make it back to the ledge. The first time around, you fight as Team Rose. It's REALLY annoying how Amy points out the obvious. Yes Amy, that IS Metal Sonic. Yes Amy, he DID steal Froggy and Chocola. Yes Amy, you ARE an annoying bitch. *idiot* Then you play as either Chaotix or Dark. I forget.
Next is probably the WORST cut-scene(IMHO). Metal Medness transforms into Metal Overlord. Then, Sonic goes super. That part REALLY ticked me off. Why was Sonic the only one who went Super?! Knuckles and Tails should have too!!!! They give Sonic WAAAAAAY too much glory! DON'T HIS LESS-BELOVED SIDEKICKS DESERVE SOME GLORY TOO!? SO WHAT IF KNUCKLES WOULD HAVE BEEN PINK!? NO ONE GIVES A DAMN!!!! THAT F***ING BASTARD OF A HEDGEHOG DOESN'T DESERVE ALL THAT GLORY!!! I SAY THAT THEY KILL SONIC!! KILL HIM DEAD!!!!! *gets slapped across the face by Knuckles* ... Thanks.... I lost control.... BUT THAT DOESN'T EXCUSE THE FACT THAT SONIC GETS TOOOOOOOOO MUCH GLORY!!! I WANT HIM DEAD!!!
The last fight doesn't take long. 4 or 5 Team Blasts(which is the only thing that will effect Metal Overlord) should do it. As I said before, Knuckles and Tails should have been Super too.
The game basically ends there with a cutscene. In the end, Metal Sonic goes back to his original form. Ya know, what he looked like in Sonic CD. Sonic says that he'd be glad to have a rematch with Metal Sonic anytime, and the robot "passes out". Then Amy begins to chase Sonic again. Tails follows, leaving Knuckles behind. I hated the next part, on account of the way Rouge the Bitch (err... bat?) strides past the echidna who I claimed 9 years ago. HE'S MINE BAT GIRL, YA HEAR? MINE!!!!! MINE MINE MINE!!!!!! YOU CAN'T HAVE HIM, BITCH!!!! ...Okay. I'm done with that. I like how Omega picked up Metal Sonic. Shadow actually looked sort of HAPPY. Then the Chaotix chase after Eggman for not paying them. HAPPY END!
