I'm sorry that you are so unhappy. If you are at the point where you are so upset that you are suicidal, you might want to talk to someone. Maybe it won't be helpful, but maybe it will. It seems like it would be a worthwhile risk if it means you might feel better.
It might help if you really throw yourself into doing something so your energy isn't spent on negative thoughts. I don't know what, but maybe drawing or running. I'm sorry if this isn't helpful at all and you are venting and not looking for advice, but I just really hope that you feel better.
i appreciate the support. I was just in a really not good place, I've been starting to feel better which is pretty good. i like the throwing my energy into something idea sounds like it could be a very good thing
