In Japan now...

I am in Tokyo right now.  I am attending a conference in Kyoto for a week, and coming back to Tokyo for a week to stay with my mother.  Planning on going to more Doujinshi shops and my usual spots, as well as seeing my old friends. :-)   Though my 18-year old cat at home is slowly going down and my hubby is working hard all by himself to attend to

My hubby is working hard on his cat hospis (^_^) So far weather is perfect here and I already shopped a lot (^_^)

She had IV yesterday and so far she is still eating and drinking so there is still hope. I have shopped for most of the souvenirs today. only thing I am missing is my *ehem* hobby related items (^O^)

Now　I am riding a bullet train from Kyoto back to Tokyo. Tomorrow I am going to Ikebukuro, a mecca for female otaku, for doujinshi shopping with my Japanese friends. Cant' wait! (^.^)

My cat didn't make it. But she lived a good long life so we can't complain...
