He's giving the invocation at the inauguration. The benediction, or closing prayer is being given by the "godfather" of the civil right's movement and one of the last living contemporaries of Rev. Martin Luther King: Rev. Joe Lowry. Also a prayer is scheduled somewhere in the event to be given by Gene Robinson the first openly gay Bishop in the Anglican/Episcopal church.
