Hey ladies, I know this community isn't as active as it used to be but I know you're out there. Anyone have any experience with BB cream? Blemish cream? Beauty cream? What are your favorite brands? I know it's been popular with the Asians for the past five years or so. Just looking for any thoughts. Thanks!

I was just thinking about this today. Sephora now has a bunch of them out. Anyone tried any of them?

What does that mean, reformulated? Is it just skin tone or what?

Yeah, I'm mostly looking at trying the Koreans ones like Missha and Skin79.

Wish I could say this worked wonders for me, despite its hype (apparently moisturizes, conceal and treats skin all at the same time) but it did not.

For one, it has very limited shades for almost every brand. It's really hard to find a match, and most of the time these BB creams are ashy or too pale. While coverage is pretty much like your typical tinted moisturizer, it does give off a dewy sheen. And for some (like me), it actually generates more oil on the skin, even after I pat powder over it.

I've tried The Face Shop, Skinfood and samples of Dr Jart and Skin79. None of them was satisfactory. I used Skinfood the longest, and while it doesn't break me out, it didn't do much to my skin either. I guess it can be a hit and miss for some people.

I guess it'll be something I'll have to try for myself. I hope it's as wondrous for me as it seems to be for other girls. o_O

Not all BB Creams are created equal. Some are as sheer as tinted moisturizers but there are others out there that do offer better coverage. Even the ones that give me medium/full coverage make my skin look way healthier than any foundation. My face looks fresh and dewy and not covered up ( ... )

Skin 79 bb creme seems to break me out! although I think their bb cream compact (bb in powder compact form I guess!) is really great! It's got the right amount of coverage and doesn't break me out. It gives a nice matt finish.

Skinfood Peach Sake has been the one I use every day. Doesn't break me out and I use it with the skin 79 powder!

I also really like bobbi brown's bb creme. I don't use that as often though!
