Recipe is easy. Tofu was pressed 30min, then marinated 10min in chili oil, sesame oil, mirin, rice wine vinegar and some soy sauce. (approx 1 table soy/mirin, 1 1/2 table rice wine vinegar, teaspoon of the oils)
Stirfry mix is storebought (Oops, sorry, out of veggies :()
Fry tofu till brown on the sides, put cabbage chopped into pan w/ tofu, add mirin, stir stir stir till it evaporates, add frozen veg and leftover marinade. Cook till heated thru.
Add 1 tablespoon your favorite sweet & sour sauce, 2 tables your favorite sweet chili sauce. (Can sub all sweet n sour)
stir it around.
Mix a tsp of water w a tsp of corn starch, stir in and get it thick. Serve hot over rice.
