England/China - AU, mpreg due to empty nest syndrome

I want an IggyChu AU mpreg. I want China and England to get together mainly because they have empty nest syndrome due to Japan and America(and Canada if you want to include him) growing up and going off to college. Before the baby (HK) is born, China and England do fall in love with each other.

Human names can be used, if you like.

Bonus: America is really excited about having a little brother; Japan on the other hand is not so happy about the "new arrival"
