Japan - Meeting Bismarck and voyeuring on Prussia/Germany
So, Japan in the Meiji Era was totally a fanboy for Bismarck and the Prussian political system. Some of the Japanese even traveled to meet and chat with Bismarck.
Japan is one of them and during that trip he meets Prussia & Germany for the first time (Let's say). At first he's a bit cold to them but eventually warms up. Especially when he went snooping at night as saw what they did behind closed doors >:D
