Russia/China - Human AU, sharing a balcony

Sorry for the horrible quality, but if you ignore the fire damage (it was the only picture I could find, okay?) and look to the houses on the left, you'll see that two houses share a balcony in the front. There's no wall or fence separation of whose side of the balcony is whose.
I'd like to see something like that with nations. Two human!nations, who may or may not be good neighbors, meet up on the balcony late at night while expecting the other to be sleeping and therefore hoping to have the balcony to themselves to think/angst/whatever. And, yes, romance ensues (of course). After the first official meeting, cue midnight meet-ups and suddenly amazing neighbor relations.
This anon likes Russia/China most, out of any pairing, but this is an any pairing request, so... anything goes!
Bonus 1: Nation A uses it as a pathway to get into Nation B's bedroom, where Nation B just might be waiting for them.
Bonus 2: Any siblings or friends living with them are suspicious, but don't know what's going on since their own bedroom isn't linked to the balcony.
Bonus 3: There's no Russia/Any Baltic, China/Any other Asian, Sweden/Someone other than Finland, or het. Sorry, het's just... yeah.
