Set in the beginning of the Exploration Era. Arthur is a young crew on a ship that drifts off course or gets attacked. Or something. A sole survivor, Arthur safely reaches a rural coastal town in China, where no one's seen a Caucasian before. Unable to communicate and deeming him a rare breed, the townspeople send him off to the emperor Yao Wang as a gift. The old emperor is absolutely fascinated by the exotic facial structure, light hair, light eyes, pale skin and takes him in as his concubine. How Arthur takes this is up to the author.
