China/Korea + Japan - Taking advantage, protective!Japan

China, in an epic moment of jerkass-ness, takes advantage of a sick, bedridden Korea. He's logic is the fact that Korea's always pining after him, means that Korea would consent if he knew what was going on. Japan finds out and goes all protective big brother for once in his life.

Bonus:
1) Korea is genuinely confused (and happy) about Japan's behaviour when he recovers.

2) China feels really guilty about it afterwards.
