Pseudo-vampires!BTT and jiang-shi-China
Spain, as most of the fandom agrees, most likely has a blood kink. Doesn't mean he'll die without it, but those Conquistador days probably left a mark on his psyche. He just hides it with a smile.
"Prussia is a not state which possesses an army, but an army which possesses a state." We all know that Prussia, even when he was Teutonic Knight, was pretty awesome at fighting. And winning. And in those days, you fought with good old swords. Not guns or airplanes.
France just loves his revolutions. And they weren't exactly mild. Which is odd, because the guillotine was invented to be a humane way of slicing someone's head off. Before that, you better hope that the executioner's axe was a sharp one.
So I want to see these three nations bonding and becoming a trio /because/ of their blood kinks.
...And if you actually want to make them real vampires, then fine with me. You're the writer!anon. :D
Bonus 1 - If the legend of vampires actually originated in the nations... People would see bloodthirsty guys showing off their strength and immortality in battle.
