America/England/Japan - Joining the Special Relationship
Annon is so happy because she's tried to get this in like three times already.
Anyway, here's the set up: During the time of the Anglo-Japanese alliance, England and Japan were together, but England still fostered feelings for the US. Japan knew this and got jealous. In the year 1921, England had to choose between America and Japan. He picked the former, leaving the later heartbroken. Fast forward 20 or so years. America has helped Japan with his restoration, and Japan sees himself falling for his ex-rival. (This bit doesn't need to be in the fill, it can just be background)
Japan, of course, tries to cover his feelings for the two. However, at some point (when is up to the author) they find out and confront him about it. Instead of being angry, they offer to let him join their relationship as a full member.
Bonus 1: This leads to 3-way sex
Bonus 2: There’s no Seme/Uke dynamics and sex is non penetrative.
Bonus 3: Japan is very nervous since he’s really in love with America and England, but by the end he’s had the time of his life and even has several things he wants to try later...
