A Rice Queen is a non-Asian gay male who is only interested in Asian males. Alfred as a creepy rice queen who is unhealthily obsessed with the culture of the nation in question e.g. anime/samurai/sushi/kung fu whatever and also having a fetish for the “delicate, feminine” physical attributes of Male Asian Nation. Male Asian Nation is confused and doesn’t quite understand Alfred’s attention and the interest in his culture.
Male Asian Nation of your choice though I think Japan might be a good choice given their history together and the popularity of Japanese pop culture and food in the US. You can make it humorous if you like but would like the creepiness to be foregrounded.
