Russia doesn't want China to cut off his hair
China is giving serious consideration to cutting his hair after being told it makes him look like a girl. His bosses are pressuring him, somebody mistook him for a girl, he was being hassled about not looking respectable, something like that. Russia is vehemently opposed to the idea, and decides to convince his lover that he’s manly and that his hair is too pretty the snip off.
OP is fine with both human and country names, and would love author!anon for including the idea that who tops and who bottoms isn’t always about who has more power.
