Canada gets an unexpected visit from Japan. Japan has decided that Canada's percent for being invisible should be put to use. Under Japan-sensei's tutelage, Canada learns the ways of the ninja.
Possibly, Japan reveals that the reason Canada is so often ignored is because he has a natural, untrained talent for being a ninja, but of course that's up to the lovely author!anon.
