Iceland/Hong Kong - Dinner with both families
Iceland and Hong-Kong, the two youngest of their families (don't involve Seland please), are going out, and the two families (Nordics and Asians) are having a dinner together. Cue to a night full of fighting, shouting, threatening, drinking, misunderstanding, jumping to defend their young teen from a real or imagined insult suggested by the other side, and so on. All the while the two young teenagers are sitting there embarrassed to death and annoyed and generally just want to kill their families altogether.
It's important to note about both families that while they can fight among them, bear grudge against each other and so on, they would never ever let an outsider attack or insult any of their own. For example, it doesn't matter how much Denmark and Sweden don't get along, they won't let anyone who isn't Nordic to insult the other.
No genderbending, and I prefer they would stay nations, How this ends is your call.
Bonus: If you can enter the difference between their cultures and even made these two culture clash, it would be great. Even just insults about the others' culture would be very much appreciated.
