The big news in Japan today? The promotion of the Estonian Baruto to the rank of ozeki (2nd from the top) in sumo. Baruto has a really good reputation, and everyone here seems to be really happy for him.
So OP would like some sweet Estonia and Japan stuff, with Japan being really happy and extending his congratulations, and Estonia being proud but also humble and really thankful and all that.
