pretty much straight forward. I would like to see a couple both being turned on by medical play and doctor/patient roll play. this anon especially likes, the use of an examination table, restraints, rub gloves, taking patient!nation's temperature anally, sounding, and very clinical dirty talk, but I'm sure there are lots and lots of other things you can do. A little dash of D/s play wouldn't hurt at all.
