Hey this is a really important post.

So I entered this contest for Mike Park's Play in your Living Room and he said that on July 2nd around 8:30 PM he could play.

Here's the deal though.  I need to give him a $50 deposit on it and a $100 guarantee.  Any advice or suggestions?

Oh shit, sorry. I live in West Bloomfield, Michigan and I wanted to know if I gave him the money if I could actually get people to come. Also wondering what a reasonable price to charge would be.

standard going rate around here (San Jose, CA), where i may add Mike Lives currently, is about $6-$10. Depending on how much people you can bring in you should price it appropriately. Also you might wanna ask Mike about it.

i would charge like 3 bucks a head...ive ran shows before but then again, I live in san antonio texas...we are one of the poorest cities...

ps make fliers and promote it everywhere!!!!! use the internet too to promote...if you even promote it right, you can make money off of it too!!!

yeah, mike's playing at my house the day before your place. Good ol' Ada, OH. I'm not charging at my house. I'm just gonna make it a donation thing and advertise the heck out of it. weird, I only had to make a $40 deposit.
