It's getting hot here, too! (I still poke LJ every once in a while, but I can go months without seeing a post from anyone.)

You're like... the only person I can see who still uses this occasionally. Shame, I rather prefer these to Facebook. I don't get why the world switched from something with so much customization and greater options to crap that's worse than a sticky note. Guess the answer is somewhere between endless photo storage and Farmville.

Yeah, I occasionally check this as .. it's just that I had the journal for so long, I suppose. I have since downloaded all the entries, but well, I will peek here every six months at least. I do agree about liking LJ over Facebook, which I am on since all my family and some friends use it. I think that it does indeed have to do with the 'fast food' mentality as I call it. They want it faster, etc.
