The guy's left arm is amputated. The rainbow puke behind the whale is curling up towards the front of the picture, not flowing out on the surface of the water.
The white and grey of the whale is awkward against the abrupt white and blue blending of the background. To separate the fin/top of the whale from the white belly and the background, the gray needs to be darker in value. At the same time, you have to make sure it is a light figure on a dark background, except for the white background part where it has to be a dark figure on a light background. Everything is pretty much in the same value range. You've got a lightest light, but nothing is actually dark, and contrast always draws the eye.
I'm probably just confusing you. Yay, the inexact science of art.
What size is the original intended to be? Make sure you don't loose the readability of the text.
I love the colors chosen for the rainbow, against the blue.
Only other suggestion: subtle parsley pattern or some sort of repeating organic pattern on the water, in a touch darker
yeah, this was more of a quickie no thought project than anything else. It seems like the sizing of the image is adjusted to fit, though it's supposed to be 800px wide. But, what can you do?

i do appreciate the bright colors and i like the layout/placement of the items and text.
that being said, my main comment is still 'ew'. ;p
