I lost my TI-83 calculator somewhere on campus today. I had it during Genetics (8-9:15am), but not when I sat down to do my Organic II homework (12:15-ish pm). I really don't want to buy another one. :(
Is it the gray TI-83 that was around when we were in high school? I've got one sitting in a drawer somewhere that I haven't touched since 1998...want me to see if it still works? (I have no idea if it will...I literally haven't used it since high school--but I can try.) If it does you can have it, if that would help.
I remember having to get a TI-82 in high school. I didn't have to get a TI-83 until I started school at UNF. If you could look and see if the one you've got is a TI-83, I'd really really really appreciate it.
Oh crap, I just looked and it's a TI-82. Sorry! If that would still help, you're welcome to it though. (I'm not sure what the difference in functions is.) Let me know.
To be honest, I don't even know what the difference is besides look. A TI-82 got me through high school algebra, so one should be good enough for algebra-based physics, right? If you could send it to me, that'd be great. :)
