my goals for october:

1. find a fabulous place to live. my parent's have been very clear that i am welcome to share space with them and make the guest bedroom my own for as long as i'd like, and i plan on taking full advantage of this. i'm going to take my time in finding a new living space to make sure that it fits all my current wants and needs.  ( Read more... )

To help out with goal #3 you may want to try playing the dijirido. I've had problems breathing ever since I was younger and while I haven't mastered dijirido playing, it's certainly helped me.

3. I was taught about the breathing properly after I had a major anxiety attack and I went to ER (who knew anxiety attacks can feel similar to that of an asthma or heart attack). I had no idea how much breathing can impact a person's mood and how it affects the heart. I was given a small dosage of anxiety meds (five tablets, which is now expired and I have on left) and a packet of how to deal with anxiety ( ... )
