Fighting Japan isn't that interesting, much less killing him. Been there, done that. But it's been ages since she's actually killed something/had an interesting fight. There's no one to tell her that she has to refrain from killing people except herself. Not Mikiya, not Touko, not even Seifer.

And for someone who's inherently predisposed to murder, for someone who has no inhibitors--
