If you want the Anonymous person to be unable to read your posts:
When you update, change the "Security" option of your post to "Friends."

If you want to make it so no one but you can read the comments the Anonymous person leaves:
When you update, change the "Screen Comments" option of your post to "Anonymous Only."

i made alot of them friends only.
but screening is a good idea. i never thought of that.
