Local cincinnati Ballot issues

This kind of sucks. The only thing i could find on issues 7 and 8 was on the local NAACP website. It is rather biased in my opinion. But give and easy to understand explanation of what the issues are.http://www.naacpcincinnati.org/index.

It really doesn't give much info, does it. I would assume the argument for red light cameras is revenue, safty, etc. I say 1st Amendment rights win out everytime. But that's just me.

With the little info - and the fact that it's not my area - I can't comment on issue #8.

The whole red light camera thing is stupid. Why Chris smitherman the local head of the Naacp. Would support it completely stumps me. I am going to vote against it before i vote for anything else on the ballot. The local green party got that issue on the ballot. I even signed that petition.
Supposedly issue 8 was how the city was run back in the 30's and forties. Cincy was voted the best run city in america at the time based on Proportional voting. To me now i see it as a way for someone to get over on the system. I say he who gets the most votes wins.
