so i've recently been changing a lot of things about myself, some gradually, some all at once.  i did a lot of traveling this summer and i've had so many changed perspectives on things. i'm making a lot of healthy changes, like going to the gym at least three times a week, eating more fruits and vegetables, and working on trying to get more sleep ( Read more... )

p.s. I've had numerous tests run at the hospital and I have been diagnosed with Esophagitis, which is where your esophagus is inflamed from acid-reflux and stuff. So, I'm meds and I should be fine in a few months, unless they missed something. But just wanted to fill everyone in.

Anytime in your life, things happen to you that are incredibly significant to you, and completely meaningless to others. Yesterday was one of those incredibly significant times to me.
