Hello, I am a design student and I am stressing out over this project because I have NO idea what to do so I would appreciate any help at all....

I think the set of sketches at the end is merely an example of how a dozen really different volumes can look exactly same in plan. This seems like an exercise partly in translating volumes from 2D to 3D - when we draw things in plan or elevation, we're actually doing the opposite ( ... )

I wonder if the reason this community is so dead is because everyone ELSE has figured out there's no reason to take the time and energy, since no one comes back and reads what's posted after they "ask a designer?"

I actually didn't have time to check back on it until today. The time limit I have to do this project along with many other projects is very limited. Sorry if you thought I disregarded your comment, because I really didn't. I really appreciate your help.:). This project is actually due next Thursday...ahh running out of time. Maybe I'll think of the function first and then work from there...?
