Galley Kitchen

We have a galley kitchen that we're looking to remodel in the next year or so. The biggest headache is not necessarily what cabinets to choose or what appliances - it's where to put everything! Are there recommendations out there of clever ways to do a galley kitchen? I suppose I would need to supply dimensions as well as door/window locations

I can't really offer advice without anything to go on, but I wanted to suggest you pick up a copy of this month's "This Old House" magazine. It's their annual "Kitchen and Bath" issue, but it's also got a feature on three kitchens that from in identical row homes in Brooklyn, and how they were each remodeled differently. They all started out as galley kitchens; and one of them remained that way, and the other two were expanded.
