Mr. Wilson, there's been a bit of a snag regarding your movie. It appears that Warner Bros. is attempting to keep Mr. Reynolds all to themselves for a "Green Lantern" trilogy, locking out any other attempts to have him be a comic book character. Guess whose movie would be affected by this. Please note that the key phrase is "attempting to," meaning they haven't already done so, and thus, Mr. Reynolds could still be you.

On a brighter note, there is talk of Robert Rodriguez being the director of "Deadpool". You may remember him for "Sin City", "Predators", "Desperado", "Planet Terror", "From Dusk Till Dawn", the "Spy Kids" trilogy, and the upcoming "Machete". He has apparently been asked to direct your movie, Mr. Wilson, but there's been no word on whether he has accepted or not.
