try it..but im warning you beacons is like MAD picky. i finally made the trip out to beacons in williamsburg yesterday, and i brought 3 HUGE bags filled with stuff, and they took ONE shirt. ONE! they were good clothes too, some i never even wore, i just didn't like the way they fit or something. i figured i would be making good money but nahhh more like $3 cash/$5.50 store credit. i took the store credit and got a couple of bowls for the apartment.

they've done that to me before too. i guess ill bring stuff to park slope, maybe they will take more stuff, then i'll just give it to charity

how is the one in williamsburg? I went the other day to the one in park slope. It is moving in November but only a few blocks away. They took 2 coats and a sweater from me so I took the $25 dollar credit and bought a sweater shirt and a sweater. I don't think i'll ever spend money on non-thrift store shirts unless they're absolutely worth it from now on. So freaking cheap and trendy. So I get to shop and still have money left over to go out afterwards.
