I had a beautiful baby girl on September 11th. Her name is Avalynn Paige. Here are some pictures of her. Click on Avalynn W.

Wound infections from surgery are not fun by the way. Talk about painful..

I miss you Smeegans. Tell Delia hello for me. Being a parent is an amazing thing. I am very happy and blessed to now have Avalynn.

I miss you too Holmes. I've had a hard last couple of weeks with my c-section incision. It got infected and they had to reopen it. I've been sick and in lots of pain. It's finally starting to get better. I can't wait until I can pick up Avalynn and hold her. Tell Scott hey for me. I love you.

Yeah, it does suck to not really be able to pick her up. I can hold her as long as I'm sitting down or lie her next to me in bed. I just can't walk around the house with her. They said my incision looks like it's healing but they're doing some tests to make sure that the yellow goo they found in my incision today isn't a different infection that I don't have antibiotics for. If it is then I'll have to start taking different antibiotics to get rid of it. Everything will get better. :)
