Hello, My Name Is...Nostalgic Turrets

So when I recall a memory of something that embarrassed me or where I did something embarrassing, I let out an involuntary sound like "Oh gosh!" or "No!" or just "Ugh!" I seriously can't help it.

Anybody else experience this?

I do that ugh thing and bury my face in my hands. It causes some pretty awful breakouts cause it happens so often.
