What you say shows great insight. People with disabilities require help; not dressed up to look "normal" and hope the neighbours never find out about it (like when I was a kid.)

You totally have a good point.

I think all people with disabilities should get the help they need to be able to live their lives and do the things they want to do. But 'looking normal' shouldn't be part of the equation.
