I've been giving this client a try and it's been working fine so far. It's the best Mac option I've found for the cross-posting (between sites) I want to do.

Feature request: I notice that whenever an entry is posted, asLJ returns the URL of the entry. It would be very useful for that URL to be available somewhere that I could copy/paste it.

Thanks for your work on asLJ!

Thanks for the feedback. Which would you prefer:

* an option (in preferences) to always copy the entry URL to the clipboard upon successful posting

* an additional button in the successful post dialog to copy the entry URL to the clipboard

* that the successful post dialog displayed the entry URL in a selectable text field

I'd say the selectable text field would be the most useful. Thanks for considering it!

Are you looking for something like a checklist of all accounts where you check off the ones you want and then can post to all of them with one button-push? I think I could probably implement that sometime soon.

Right now, the way I use asLJ, I have the "After Posting" checkbox in the "Clear Post" area unchecked so that I can write an entry, post it to one account, select another account, pick the userpics, post it there, etc.

Entry preview is on my to-do list for the 0.5a major version.

I'll add one-click crossposting to the 0.5a list, though it may end up in a 0.4a.x release or it may have to wait until 0.6b. How do userpics and moods behave in Semagic when using the one-click crossposting? That is, does it just use the default userpic on each account or does it try to match up the same userpic across accounts (and similarly for mood/moodid)?
