man...too much

Ok I gave blood yesterday..and I gave 2 pints..which a pint more than most people give...I figured since I could handle it...I could save more lives and I might as well do it and not be selfish...man...today I feel like crap...my head hurts...I am really pale..so Mom tried shoving some food and drink in me this morning...but I just couldnt make it
