Yeah I am. I'm not so into the SOV this year but for whatever reason I srill dig Janelle. REally enjoying Will, Boogie not so much.

nice... they've only announced a couple of fights for the Pride event in Vegas... but Randleman v. Shogun could be really interesting. I'd heard rumours about a match between Fedor and Tim Sylvia, but I guess Fedor is getting Coleman... makes a bit more sense as a tune-up fight, I guess.

I used to go to Rushing River every summer... haven't been there for ages, though. We quit when my parents got their cottage at West Hawk... and seriously - clearing excess salt out of your diet is a good thing. I switched to whole grains a couple of years ago, and right now I'm down to the same weight I was when I graduated high school. I've also started training jiu-jitsu... it's pretty rewarding to tap out someone who outweighs me by close to 100lbs. I guess I haven't given up any strength.

I guess Wanderlei isn't going to be in the Grand PRix after-all? Not sure what the plan is - I wish they'de figure it all out. I really hope Tyson doesn't fight. Worth seeing Fedor though.
