Zenders? Yeah, I wasn't exactly thrilled with them. >.> dont know what I would do in your condition however. Maybe go and complain? Ask for someone higher up and tell them what happened.

You're the customer, you're paying for their service. If their service isn't up to par, you have a right to not only complain but ask for a refund. Asking to redo hair for free is being more than reasonable on your part.
