Though unfortunately the better team lost. England lost :(
But honestly if i ever made a football team of my friends 'Crouch' would never find a place in it.

Rooney was so unfairly sent out... that was tops a yellow card :(

I thought the match was over then but England hv shown by playing so well even with one man short that they were clearly better.

that was an accident, he got sent off for pushing C. Ronaldo.

It was definitely not a fair result. Penalties depend more on luck than skill, they can go either way. Sad.
But Ricardo was amazing today. And you have to give him credit. He predicted the direction of all the 4 shots, and stopped three. Remember Euro 2004 quarterfinals?.. same teams same situation and Ricardo was a matchwinner once again. In fact I was hoping he'd take the final kick once again! But then Cristiano Ronaldo was there to do the honours.
